I'm Partha — a DevOps and SRE engineer based in Chennai who spent five years making distributed systems boring, and now applies the same discipline to AI systems that are anything but.
Most AI demos fail in production for reasons infrastructure engineers already understand: unbounded latency, no observability, state that lives nowhere, and deploys nobody can roll back. My work sits exactly at that seam — between a promising model and a system a business can depend on.
The journey
2021
Cloud & infrastructure foundations
Started in cloud operations — migrations, monitoring, on-call rotations. Learned that reliability is a design property, not a dashboard.
2023
Platform & SRE engineering
Took ownership of Terraform estates, CI/CD golden paths and internal tooling across FinTech, healthcare and media workloads.
2025
AI infrastructure & agents
Moved the same rigour to LLM systems: multi-agent orchestration on Cloud Run, Firestore-backed state, RAG pipelines with hardened retrieval boundaries, and evaluation harnesses that keep agents honest.

Sitting with the customer, shipping the integration, owning the outcome end to end.
